Charles Qu

Charles Qu holds a Doctorate degree in Commercial Law. He is an Associate Professor at Griffith Business School, Nathan, Australia, where he teaches Corporations Law and Company Law. He has written extensively in the area of Company Law, including the book, Managed Investments and Insider Trading: Regulation and Liability, (Melbourne 2008) and numerous articles.
